About the role

We are seeking a driven HR Associate to join our dynamic team at DD Foods Inc' in Iloilo City. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our company's talent management initiatives and ensuring our employees receive the best possible benefits and compensation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Maintaining HRIS of employee records and attendances
  2. Providing support in tracking the recruitment and onboarding of new hires
  3. Assisting with the implementation of HR policies and procedures
  4. Assist in coordinating employee engagement activities and events
  5. Collaborating with the HR team to address employee queries and concerns
  6. Maintaining accurate employee records and documentation
  7. Assisting with performance management and review processes

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR or remuneration and benefits role
  2. Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Proficiency in data analysis and Microsoft Office applications
  5. Ability to multitask, prioritize and work well under pressure
  6. Passion for providing exceptional employee support and engagement
