Job Description:

The Materials Resource Staff is responsible for managing, tracking, and organizing materials, supplies, and equipment necessary for operational success. This role ensures the right materials are available at the right time and place to support seamless workflows across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, receive, and inventory incoming materials and supplies
  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels and report shortages
  • Coordinate with procurement and other departments to fulfill material needs
  • Organize storage areas for easy access and safety compliance
  • Track and update inventory management systems
  • Assist in forecasting material requirements based on project schedules
  • Ensure proper handling, labeling, and documentation of materials
  • Support in dispatching materials to relevant teams or sites

Requirements:

  • Graduate of any 4 year course
  • At least 1 yr experience in inventory, warehouse, or materials management
  • Familiarity with inventory software and MS Office
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities
  • Physical ability to lift and move materials

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php22,000.00 per month
