Human Resources Staff (Full-Time)
Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding – Handle job postings, candidate screening, interviews, pre-employment checks, contracts, and employee orientation/integration.
- Employee Records & Documentation – Maintain accurate HR files, update databases, manage contracts, and generate reports.
- Benefits Administration – Administer benefits, and address compensation-related queries.
- Employee Relations & Communication – Serve as first contact for employee concerns, support conflict resolution, communicate policies/updates, and assist with engagement programs.
- Training & Development - Maintain training records and track employee progress.
- Compliance & Policy Enforcement – Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies, prepare audit documents, and keep management updated on legislation.
- Health, Safety, Well-being & Administrative Support – Promote workplace safety and wellness, maintain incident records, draft HR letters, support staff events, and assist management/HR projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in human resources, business or related field.
- With 1 year working experience
- Outstanding knowledge of MS applications, HRIS systems will be a plus.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Aptitude in problem-solving.
- Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach.
