About the role

Our client, AI MANPOWER SERVICES INC', is seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Staff to join their growing team in Makati City Metro Manila. This full-time role will play a vital part in supporting the company's human resources initiatives and ensuring the smooth running of the HR department.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing administrative support for the HR team, including maintaining employee records and files, processing payroll and benefits, and coordinating recruitment and onboarding activities
  • Assisting with the implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Collaborating with managers to understand and address employee needs, concerns, and queries
  • Organising and participating in employee engagement activities to foster a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Maintaining and updating the company's HRIS system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Providing HR-related training and support to employees as needed

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a HR generalist or administrative role, preferably in the Consulting & Generalist HR industry
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
  • Proficient in using HRIS and other HR-related software
  • Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional customer service
