About the role

Grandshore Property Inc' is seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resource Staff to join our growing team in Caloocan City, Metro Manila. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for supporting all aspects of human resource management, contributing to the company's success through effective talent acquisition, employee engagement, and compliance with labor laws.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees, including posting job advertisements, screening applications, and coordinating interviews
  2. Maintain employee records and ensure all HR-related documentation is accurate and up-to-date
  3. Administer employee benefits, compensation, and leave policies
  4. Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related inquiries and issues
  5. Collaborate with the management team to implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's goals
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations
  7. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  8. Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a human resources or generalist role, preferably in the property or real estate industry
  2. Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels
  4. Proficient in using HR-related software and tools
  5. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  6. A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to multitask
  7. Preferably holds a bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
