Job Hiring: Knowledge Resource Center (KRC) Unit Head

Location: NATCCO Head Office, Quezon City

Work Setup: Hybrid set-up with occasional field work

About NATCCO Network:

The National Confederation of Cooperatives (NATCCO) is the largest cooperative federation in the Philippines, committed to empowering member-cooperatives through education, training, and technical services.

Role Overview:

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for knowledge management and cooperative development? Cooperative Academy of NATCCO Network (CANN) is seeking a dynamic KRC Unit Head to lead its Knowledge Resource Center. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in thought leadership, program development, and research-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop training programs/courses and standards in all units
  • Coordinate with ISO/documentation and case studies analysis
  • Assist in preparation of training materials and participation in all NATCCO training activities
  • Lead digitization of manuals, lesson plans, and KRC unit reports
  • Integrate KRC outputs into NATCCO's LMS and Knowledge Management System
  • Update and monitor the KRC database
  • Prepare evaluation reports and impact assessments of training and knowledge products
  • Develop and maintain a pool of experts and resource persons
  • Facilitate capacity needs assessment, training, and development
  • Train cooperative leaders and staff to apply research and innovation in cooperative development
  • Apply research, innovation, and scientific tools and techniques in decision-making and strategic planning

Qualifications:

  • College graduate of any business or social-related course
  • Master's degree is an advantage
  • Managerial experience in knowledge management or training development
  • 1–2 years of supervisory or equivalent technical experience
  • Familiarity with the cooperative sector is preferred
