Your Role in the Spotlight
Be part of our client's team as a Bookkeeper, where you'll support the Finance Director and Finance Officer in managing the financial processes of the group. You will play a key role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth financial operations for an international events services leader.

What You Bring to the Table
- 4-5 years of UK bookkeeping experience
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Xero and related accounting tools
- Solid background in a similar accounting or finance role
- Excellent data analysis, documentation, and organizational skills
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
- Independent and proactive approach to resolving financial issues
- A commitment to professional excellence that builds trust and credibility
What You'll Be Doing
Deliverables
- Handle bookkeeping using Xero
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Use Procim Budget Management Software
- Process staff expenses
- Perform bank reconciliation and manage petty cash
- Apply knowledge of UK VAT principles
- Liaise with auditors and Management Accountants
- Complete ad hoc tasks
- Bring accounts to Trial Balance
Client Relationships
- Forge trusting relationships with colleagues to ensure finance management requirements are understood and implemented
- Attend meetings and reviews as required
- Support the client success team by following client processes, procedures, SLAs, and strategies
- Identify opportunities for account growth

- Contribute to internal meetings as appropriate
- Refine skills and attend regular training to deliver tasks effectively
- Stay updated on industry best practices and legal requirements
- Perform other reasonably required duties
