JOB SUMMARY
The HR Recruitment Assistant supports the recruitment team in the day-to-day operations of the hiring process. This role is responsible for assisting with candidate sourcing, posting job advertisements, reviewing job resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings. The Recruitment Assistant will also maintain accurate candidate records, coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers, and assist in various administrative tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Evaluate manpower requisition requests
• Post job openings on online channels
• Handles end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding)
• Prepares HR-related documents, reports, and correspondence
• Processes and monitors leave summary of employees
• Coordinates HR interns' documents and requirements until completion of internship
• Processes COE requests and offboarding documents (exit interview forms, clearance, etc.)
• Helps organize HR activities, training, and company events
• Creates publication materials such as birthday posters and other HR announcements
• Ensures confidentiality of employee information and HR matters
• Updates recruitment tracker and other related reports
• Other tasks may be assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Development Management
- 2-3 years' work experience in the related field is required
- Experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment processes and other facets of HR
- Proficient to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, problem solving skills and time management
- Can start ASAP
