HR Assistant

Job Description:
- Coordinate and manage onboarding process, ensuring all onboarding paperwork is completed.
- Maintain and update accurate employee records.
- Organize, file, and retrieve employee documents as needed, ensuring compliance with privacy and confidentiality regulations.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department.
- Help manage the offboarding process for departing employees.
- Serve as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries and assist in resolving issues or concerns from employees.
- Support the recruitment team as needed or when additional assistance is required, including tasks such as candidate screening, interview scheduling, and other recruitment-related administrative duties.
- Other tasks that may be assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or equivalent.
- 2 years experience in the related field
- Strong knowledge in HR functions
- Excellent communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Can start ASAP
