Recruitment & Selection
- Assist in posting job advertisements on various platforms (online job boards, social media, and internal postings).
- Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial phone or online interviews and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Coordinate the recruitment process, including exam administration, interview scheduling, and feedback collection.
- Assist in pre-employment requirements, job offers, and contract preparation.
- Maintain and update the recruitment tracker/database.
Onboarding & Orientation
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires (preparation of orientation materials, first-day coordination).
- Ensure completion of pre-employment documents and filing.
HR Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate and updated employee records.
- Provide support in HR reports and recruitment metrics.
- Assist in other HR tasks such as timekeeping, employee engagement, or training coordination when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 6 months – 1 year experience in recruitment (fresh graduates with internship experience may also be considered).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiar with recruitment tools, online job platforms, and social media hiring.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
