Recruitment & Selection

  • Assist in posting job advertisements on various platforms (online job boards, social media, and internal postings).
  • Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates based on job requirements.
  • Conduct initial phone or online interviews and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Coordinate the recruitment process, including exam administration, interview scheduling, and feedback collection.
  • Assist in pre-employment requirements, job offers, and contract preparation.
  • Maintain and update the recruitment tracker/database.

Onboarding & Orientation

  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires (preparation of orientation materials, first-day coordination).
  • Ensure completion of pre-employment documents and filing.

HR Administrative Support

  • Maintain accurate and updated employee records.
  • Provide support in HR reports and recruitment metrics.
  • Assist in other HR tasks such as timekeeping, employee engagement, or training coordination when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 6 months – 1 year experience in recruitment (fresh graduates with internship experience may also be considered).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiar with recruitment tools, online job platforms, and social media hiring.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
