Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and results-oriented Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in line with client requirements while ensuring timely completion of manpower targets. This role requires strong coordination with both employers and job seekers to support successful and efficient placements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with clients to understand job requirements and manpower needs
  • Source candidates through job postings, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Conduct interviews and prescreening to assess candidate suitability
  • Match qualified candidates to available job openings
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned manpower targets for each client
  • Assist in processing documents and onboarding requirements
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of candidates and job orders
  • Follow up with placed candidates and clients to ensure satisfaction
  • Attend job fairs, recruitment drives, or community hiring events as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR is a plus
  • Results-driven and able to work under pressure to meet hiring targets
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office tools
  • Knowledge of employment standards is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php19,370.00 per month
