- Post job openings on various job boards, company career page, and social media platforms
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview logistics, feedback, and hiring status
- Assist in organizing and participating in job fairs, career days, and recruitment events
- Prepare recruitment reports and metrics for the HR team and management
- Support onboarding activities, including reference checks and documentation collection
- Maintain recruitment files and ensure compliance with hiring policies and procedures
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in HR and recruitment
- Familiarity with recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Jobstreet)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig (Mon-Fri) Morning Shift
