Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, preparing job offers, and coordinating new hire orientations.
  • Employee Records Management: Maintaining accurate employee records, updating HR databases (like 201 and 202 files), managing employment contracts, and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Payroll & Benefits Administration: Assisting with payroll processing, tracking employee leaves (sick, vacation), processing statutory applications for agencies like the BIR and Philhealth, and managing benefits documentation.
  • Administrative Support: Handling HR-related inquiries, providing clerical support, managing HR correspondence, organizing meetings and training sessions, and assisting with company events.
  • Compliance: Ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws and regulations, assisting with termination paperwork and exit interviews, and maintaining employee information confidentiality.
  • Reporting: Preparing reports on general HR activities, as well as specific reports related to staffing, performance, and employee data.

Key Requirements

  • A relevant bachelor's degree, such as in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong computer literacy, especially with MS Office, HRIS/HRMS, and ATS software.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively under pressure.
