Recruitment Support
- Post job advertisements across different platforms (online job portals, social media, campus partnerships).
- Screen resumes, shortlist qualified candidates, and schedule interviews.
- Assist in conducting initial interviews and assessments.
- Coordinate with hiring managers regarding candidate feedback and next steps.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
Onboarding & Orientation
- Prepare pre-employment requirements and ensure timely completion of documentation.
- Coordinate with IT, Admin, and other departments for new hire setup (workstation, email, IDs, uniforms, etc.).
- Facilitate employee orientation and onboarding sessions.
- Ensure a positive candidate-to-employee transition experience.
HR Administrative Support
- Maintain recruitment files and employee records.
- Update HRIS with employee information.
- Assist in drafting offer letters, contracts, and HR communications.
- Support HR programs, activities, and events.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, onboarding, or HR operations. (Fresh graduates with internship experience may also apply.)
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, job boards, and applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and HRIS software.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality.
