We're hiring
4 to 5 Project-Based Quality Assurance Testers
to support our ongoing platform development Project. This role is output-based, milestone-driven, and ideal for applicants who prefer flexible, project-style work.

The QA Tester will complete the full QA cycle for an assigned batch of 5–7 modules under our Standard QA Package. This includes test case preparation, full module testing, defect documentation, re-testing, and final QA sign-off reporting.

Key Responsibilities:


• Prepare test cases/checklists based on TOR, QM, and user workflows


• Perform functional, UI/UX, workflow, and basic compatibility testing


• Provide evidence such as screenshots and screen recordings


• Create and manage a defect log with severity tags and reproduction steps


• Conduct re-testing, validation of fixes, and regression testing


• Submit a consolidated QA Sign-Off Report for client readiness


• Attend online check-ins for alignment and milestone updates


• Deliver all outputs within agreed timelines

Output Deliverables:


• Test Case Set


• Module Testing Execution with evidence


• Defect/Bug Report Log


• Re-testing & Validation updates


• Final QA Sign-Off Report

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience


• 6 months–2 years QA or software testing experience


• Training/certification in QA, ISTQB, software testing is an advantage


• Familiarity with LMS, SIMS, web systems, or EdTech tools is a plus


• Understanding of manual testing, test case creation, and bug reporting


• Experience with Jira, Trello, GitHub Issues, or similar tools


• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently


• Comfortable with milestone-based or package-based work setups
