  • Updates the weekly monitoring for the parcels that receive every day, checks the hardcopy of the reimbursements, prepare reimbursements journal entries during pre-close, forward the vouchers for the payment and softcopy of reimbursement, BIR 2307 form and input vat relief template to the tax team for the EWT and INPUT VAT report.
  • Directing the day-to-day treasury functions such as fund management, cash receipts, check preparation & releasing, loan transactions and interest payments, daily reports, and cash position and cash flow forecast.
  • Create and implement financial policies to guarantee operational efficiency. · Oversee the preparation and planning of budgets. · Maintain records and receipts
  • performs various financial and accounting tasks, such as preparing budgets and financial reports, offering advice on fiscal procedures, managing accounting records, handling payments, and preparing payroll documents.
  • Other duties will be discussed upon interview
