Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring and managing daily incoming inquiries via the
    Locad Ticketing System
    , ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
  • Coordinating with
    Operations Executives
    and
    Warehouse Staff
    to address and close tickets within defined
    Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
    .
  • Following
    standard operating guides
    to handle various inquiry types efficiently and consistently.
  • Partnering with
    Account Managers
    to handle escalations and ensure seamless communication with brands and accounts.
  • Collaborating with
    Central Operations
    teams to refine knowledge guides, improve processes, and enhance internal training initiatives.

What You'll Bring:

  • Strong knowledge of
    Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
    and operational workflows.
  • Solid understanding of
    problem-solving fundamentals
    using structured operational frameworks.
  • Excellent
    time management
    and
    prioritization
    skills, with the ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.

    capabilities with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
