Key Responsibilities ·

  • Manages the Integrated Logistics Team, directly reporting to the VP for Integrated Logistics. With 4 direct reports; Billings and Validation Processor, Billing Analysts, Inventory Analyst and Finance and Planning Analysis Sr. Specialist.
  • Member of Integrated Logistics MANCOM (Management Committee)
  • Ensures controls through rigid validation of Table of Authority for OPEX and inventory adjustments, chargeback, scrap disposals and scrap sales proceeds
  • Manages the month-end closing with the Team for Warehouse related accounts (FG and Logistics) and ensure that all are properly analyzed and accounted for with comprehensive analysis (actual vs forecast, plan, prior year)
  • Responsible in Reporting the Financial Result every month of Cost to Serve to the PSD President and to the Corporate Leadership Team during Monthly Business Review (MBR)
  • Responsible to simplify SAP processes and drives resolution related to Factory issues. Standardize process related to correct GL account mapping in SAP and explore to further improve reports indicating insight, predictive analytics and forward-looking scenarios Spearh
  • Spearhead Inventory count activities and ensure closure of inventory recon variances (including weekly cycle count, aftermarket, FG, E&O Defective, and Damaged boxes)
  • Participates in budget planning and forecasting activities of Warehouse and Logistics accounts
  • Timeliness and accuracy to ensure that all Logistics Finance reports are readily viewable in dashboard report using one source of data
  • Seeks opportunities to Reduce the cost for Integrated Logistics with much focus on Warehouse cost, Manpower, Outbound Freight, Inbound Freight, reducing Bad Cost and others
  • Provides Logistics Finance Support for Payables/Billings, Contracts Management, Projects and Cost Calculation
  • Owner of Critical Control points for Logistics and ensure NO Audit findings and closure with actions and procedures should there be any
  • Process Improvement with much focus on Reverse Logistics, (SRO, Bounced etc.)
  • With dotted line support to the Factory Finance Team for consolidation of Financials as well as other Employee Engagement activities

Qualifications:

  • B.S Accountancy or Management Accounting
  • With extensive experience in Cost Accounting Management and Analyses
  • Experience in Inventory Management and Analyses
  • Proficient in management accounting services and analysis and financial controls in management accounting services
  • Proficient in SAP FI/CO
  • With extensive experience in Finance and Accounting manufacturing environment.
  • With exposure in Warehouse and Logistics reporting requirements
  • MUST BE AMENABLE TO WORK IN CABUYAO LAGUNA
