  • Process and monitor accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing and payment tracking
  • Prepare and send invoices to clients/customers in a timely manner
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve billing discrepancies
  • Maintain updated records of customer accounts and payment histories
  • Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers to ensure accuracy
  • Generate aging reports and assist in cash flow forecasting
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve invoice-related issues
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
