Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine inspections and surveillance of CEB facilities and airport airside areas to identify unsafe acts or conditions.
  • Investigate ground operations-related incidents and accidents in coordination with the Manager, Ground Safety & Safety Management System.
  • Participate in OSH activities and ensure timely submission of required safety data and reports.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and airport authorities to ensure safe and efficient ground operations.
  • Address safety concerns related to ramp operations that may pose risks to personnel and assets.
  • Maintain and update ground safety procedures and manuals as needed.
  • Support aerodrome technical surveys and prepare CAD layouts and survey reports for new destinations.

  • Prepare and disseminate safety bulletins, advisories, and updates to relevant stakeholders.

  • Qualifications:

  • Must be a college graduate, preferably with a degree in Aeronautical Engineering or any aviation-related course.

  • Background in Airport Airside Operations is an advantage
  • Preferably completed BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) Training, Internal Auditor's Training Course, Safety Management System training, and a Train-the-Trainers program.
    • Must have a valid work visa or legal authorization to work in the Philippines
