About the role

As an AR Claims Team Leader at Access Healthcare Services Manila, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in managing and supporting a team of claims specialists within our healthcare business process outsourcing (BPO) operations. This full-time position is based in Pasay City, Metro Manila. You will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and accurate processing of healthcare claims, ensuring seamless customer service and maintaining high levels of team performance.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage a team of AR claims specialists, providing coaching, mentoring and oversight to ensure exceptional claim processing and resolution
  • Monitor and analyse team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance productivity and service quality
  • Collaborate with the wider claims and customer service teams to resolve complex claims and escalations
  • Provide regular feedback and support to team members, setting clear goals and development plans
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare industry regulations and internal policies
  • Identify training needs and work closely with the training team to upskill and empower your team
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of claims processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  • 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role within a healthcare BPO or claims processing environment
  • Strong understanding of healthcare claims management, including regulations, policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and metrics to drive process improvements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
