About the role We are seeking an experienced AR Medical Claims Specialist to join our growing team at Access Healthcare Services Manila, Inc. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for handling a variety of medical insurance claims and related customer service tasks. Based in our Pasay City office, this position is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of our healthcare BPO operations. What you\'ll be doing Process and manage medical claims, including reviewing, validating, and submitting claims to insurance providers Communicate with patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies to resolve claim issues and inquiries Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all claims and related documentation Collaborate with the team to identify process improvements and enhance service delivery Adhere to all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance What we\'re looking for 1-2 years of experience in medical billing, claims processing, or a similar customer service role in the healthcare industry Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills Proficient in using medical billing and claims management software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders Familiarity with medical terminology, insurance policies, and claims processing procedures Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment What we offer At Access Healthcare Services Manila, Inc., we are committed to creating a supportive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
