The role

Access Healthcare Services Manila, Inc.' is seeking a experienced PHRN Clinical Trainer to join our UMR team based in Pasay City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position and will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality training to our clinical staff.

Key responsibilities

  1. Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to ensure clinical staff remain up-to-date with the latest nursing practices and procedures
  2. Provide one-on-one and group training sessions to support the professional development of our nursing team
  3. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making improvements where necessary
  4. Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and design tailored solutions
  5. Maintain detailed training records and provide progress reporting
  6. Stay informed of industry regulations, guidelines and best practices to incorporate into training

What we're looking for

  1. Registered nurse with a current license and at least 3 years' experience in a clinical training role
  2. Demonstrated expertise in developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for healthcare professionals
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and educate diverse audiences
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
  5. Proficient in the use of training materials, learning management systems and other educational technologies
  6. Passionate about nursing education and committed to supporting the professional growth of clinical staff
