- Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in Property Management for a UK, USA, Canada, New Zealand or Australia-based Estate Agency or Real Estate company

- Key Requirement: Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)

- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (UK Time Zone)

- Working Days: Monday to Friday

About Us

Teambuild Consultancy is a UK-based recruitment agency specialising in providing skilled professionals to UK property companies. We are currently seeking experienced Property Managers to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work remotely with reputable UK clients and develop your expertise in the property sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of residential and/or commercial rental properties.
  • Handle tenant enquiries, complaints, and requests; manage tenancy applications and agreements.
  • Ensure timely rent collection and manage arrears or payment issues.
  • Coordinate property repairs, maintenance, and routine inspections.
  • Ensure all properties comply with UK legal and safety standards (gas, electric, and fire regulations).
  • Prepare inventory reports, manage check-in/check-out processes, and handle deposit returns via tenancy deposit schemes.
  • Liaise with landlords and coordinate with contractors or tradespeople for required works.
  • Maintain accurate records of communications, expenses, and inspections.
