Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Admin, or related field.
• At least 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in lending, fintech, or BPO sectors.
• Proven knowledge of Philippine Labor Code, DOLE regulations, and HRIS systems.
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
• Experience in startup or scaling organizations is an advantage. Key Competencies:

  4. Payroll & Timekeeping (Carbonate Platform)

  5. Leave Management

  6. Compensation & Benefits Administration

  7. Cash Advance & Loan Monitoring

  8. Disciplinary Process & Employee Relations

  9. Employee Records Management

  10. Handles HR Budget and Petty Cash

  11. Compliance & Government Reporting

  12. Carbonate HRIS Administration

  13. Vendor and Partner Coordination

  14. Employee Engagement & Culture Building

  15. Offboarding & Exit Management

  16. Support to Accounts / Loan Disbursement Team

  17. Ad Hoc Support
