
HR Head for a Lending Company

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Admin, or related field.
• At least 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in lending, fintech, or BPO sectors.
• Proven knowledge of Philippine Labor Code, DOLE regulations, and HRIS systems.
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
• Experience in startup or scaling organizations is an advantage. Key Competencies:

Cash Advance & Loan Monitoring
Disciplinary Process & Employee Relations
Employee Records Management
Handles HR Budget and Petty Cash
Compliance & Government Reporting
Carbonate HRIS Administration
Vendor and Partner Coordination
Employee Engagement & Culture Building
Offboarding & Exit Management
Support to Accounts / Loan Disbursement Team
Ad Hoc Support
