Your Day-to-Day

  • Provide subject matter expertise on Compensation and Benefits for Workday or one or more of the following Workday Modules: Payroll, Integration, Security, and Data Conversion.
  • Support the software development lifecycle for software solutions.
  • Configure, customize, and integrate vendor-sourced enterprise software with other internal systems like SAP.
  • Update existing code to debug or incorporate minor enhancements.
  • Elicit business requirements and translate them into fit-for-purpose actionable plans.
  • Actively participate in an integrated DevOps team utilizing Agile methodologies with a strong change management focus.
  • Provide daily operational support for applications, including troubleshooting incidents, resolving problems, designing and implementing configuration changes, and monitoring performance.
  • Monitor interfaces/data loads, administer security, and provide feedback/solutions on application performance.
  • Maintain IP compliance on systems and software as appropriate.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 3 years of experience as an Application Engineer – Workday Compensation and Benefits.
  • Skilled in Workday-related areas such as advanced custom reports, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), Core Connectors, PICOF/PECI, Workday Studio, and Workday Web Services.
  • OR Knowledgeable in ServiceNow areas such as HR Service Delivery Suite (case and knowledge management), system administration, portal configuration (portal, widgets, content automation), and integrations (REST and SOAP services).
  • Proficient in one or more of the following Workday modules: Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Absence, Time Tracking, Integration, Security, and Data Conversion.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience in two or more of the following is a plus: C#, C++, Angular, , SQL, Ansible, R, Java, Python, Azure, Web Services (WCF and/or RESTful), web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX), Oracle, SQL Server, among others.

Work Setup

Location: Makati, Hybrid setup (2 days work from office)

Shift: Dayshift, Monday to Friday
