Your Day-to-Day

• Design and develop custom applications, modules, and workflows on the ServiceNow platform.
• Build and maintain business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and notifications.
• Develop Service Catalog items, request workflows, and approval processes.
• Configure and implement integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Automate processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Work with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other ServiceNow modules.
• Customize dashboards, reports, and performance analytics.
• Implement Service Portal enhancements and UI/UX improvements.
• Support upgrades, patches, and new releases.
• Collaborate with administrators, architects, and business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues.
• Document technical designs, workflows, and configurations.
• Stay updated on ServiceNow best practices and new features.
• Recommend improvements to existing processes and applications.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL standards and organizational policies.

What We're Looking For

• 5 years minimum experience in ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes).
• Hands-on experience with API integration (REST and SOAP).
• Strong understanding of OAuth 2.0 authentication protocols.
• Skilled in T-SQL for database management and query optimization.
• Experience in ETL processes and data pipeline management.
• Familiarity with SSIS or SSRS for reporting and analytics.

• Ability to perform data transformation and ensure data integrity across systems

• Open for 1 year fixed contract, subject to extension

• Location: Hybrid Setup – Makati City
• Shift: Day Shift
