Your Day-to-Day

  • Design and develop custom applications, modules, and workflows on ServiceNow
  • Build and maintain business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and notifications
  • Develop Service Catalog items, request workflows, and approval processes
  • Configure and implement integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
  • Automate processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual work
  • Work with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other ServiceNow modules
  • Customize dashboards, reports, and performance analytics
  • Implement Service Portal enhancements and UI/UX improvements
  • Support upgrades, patches, and new releases
  • Collaborate with administrators, architects, and business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Document technical designs, workflows, and configurations
  • Stay updated on ServiceNow best practices and new features

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 5 years of ServiceNow development experience
  • Hands-on expertise in ITSM and at least one other module (ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide scripting, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS
  • Experience with ServiceNow APIs and integrations
  • Familiarity with Service Portal and Flow Designer
  • Solid understanding of ITIL processes

Work Setup

Location: Makati, hybrid setup (2 days work from office)

Shift: Dayshift, Monday to Friday
