HR Business Partner

About the role

The HR Business Partner Lead plays a critical role in partnering with specific operational leaders to execute HR strategies that align with business objectives. This position guides and supports a team of HR Business Partners, ensuring the effective delivery of HR services, fostering positive employee relations, and driving talent initiatives within their assigned business units or functions. The HRBP Lead is responsible for translating strategic HR goals into actionable plans, supporting leaders in workforce planning, performance management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.

What you'll be doing

HR Business Partnering

• Act as a trusted HR advisor to assigned operational leaders, aligning HR practices with business needs, including workforce planning, employee movement, performance management, and labor cost optimization.
• Serve as a key resource for organizational structure and workforce deployment discussions within their scope.
• Guide and mentor a team of HR Business Partners to ensure consistent and proactive HR support.
• Collaborate with HR functional leads (e.g., Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition) to ensure seamless and integrated HR service delivery.
• Manage core HR processes, including onboarding, records administration, and effective HRIS utilization for assigned units.
• Support change management and transformation initiatives by aligning HR operations with evolving business needs. o Drive continuous improvement in HR service delivery within their area, leveraging technology and data to optimize employee experience and efficiency.
• Monitor and report HR operational KPIs for their assigned business units to support data-driven decision making.
• Act as the HR liaison in site visits and leadership meetings relevant to their scope.

Employee Engagement

• Champion and implement employee engagement initiatives in collaboration with Talent and Communications teams to drive morale, productivity, and retention within assigned groups.
• Support the implementation of programs designed to enhance the employee experience, including rewards and recognition. o Monitor and address trends in attrition, employee experience, and engagement within their units to recommend actionable interventions.
• Provide insights and data-driven recommendations to improve workforce stability and reduce turnover.

Employee Relations

• Serve as a primary advisor to operational leaders on complex employee relations issues, including escalated grievances, investigations, and conflict resolution. o Ensure strict compliance with Philippine labor laws, company policies, and audit requirements within their area.
• Promote consistent application of policies, procedures, and company values across all locations and teams under their purview.
• Oversee the management of employee communication tools related to employee relations in coordination with relevant teams.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in HR operations or as an HR Business Partner, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior individual contributor role.
• Experience supporting HR functions in a large or distributed organization is an advantage.
• Proven success in managing complex employee relations and engagement initiatives.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms and HR process controls.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and project management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel & PowerPoint)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php65, Php70,000.00 per month
