Your Day-to-Day

  • Participate in 24x7x365 shift coverage to support critical IT assets and services by coordinating major IT incidents and ensuring the right teams are engaged to resolve issues
  • Facilitate IT root cause analysis (RCA) investigations, identify root causes, assign action items, and ensure timely adherence to the RCA process
  • Maintain training and process documentation materials for IT reliability tools and processes
  • Review incident, change, and reliability data for trends, providing summaries and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Maintain regular contact with key technical teams that support the organization's most critical IT assets
  • Influence IT functions to adopt industry best practices, processes, and tools to improve system reliability

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 5 years' work experience as an IT Reliability Analyst
  • Strong understanding of company systems and support structures, including incident management, business continuity, and disaster recovery practices
  • Solid knowledge of critical financial and business applications, along with supporting infrastructure (data centers, public cloud, servers, networks, and identity management)
  • Advanced knowledge of service management processes (incident, change, and configuration management, BCP/DRP, ServiceNow)
  • Familiarity with SAFe Agile and Scrum processes

Work Setup

Location: Makati, hybrid setup (2 days work from office)

Shift: Dayshift, Monday to Friday
