About the role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruitment Associate to join our team at SHOWCASE DISPLAY CONCEPTS, INC.' in Taguig City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position where you will provide comprehensive HR support to our growing business. The HR Recruitment Associate will support the HR team in managing the recruitment process, ensuring the timely hiring of qualified candidates. This role involves assisting in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, as well as maintaining accurate recruitment records.

What you'll be doing:

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other platforms
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Maintain and update the applicant database
  • Prepare recruitment-related reports
  • Support HR initiatives and other administrative tasks as needed

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under minimal supervision
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Willing to work on-site, Monday to Saturday
