Qualifications:

• Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
• Coordinate and own the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed.
• Ensure all staff comply with company rules, policies, procedures, and regulations while meeting established productivity targets.
• Identify problem areas and work to implement solutions to effectively resolve them. Contribute to team efforts as needed to achieve desired results.
• Review CAD drawings for accuracy and adherence to company standards.
• Work with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure accurate designs.
• Develop and implement CAD standards, templates, and best practices.
• Can start ASAP

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Advanced certifications in CAD, BIM (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional), or project management are a plus.
• 5–10+ years of experience in technical design, drafting, or engineering within the construction industry.
• Proven experience in leading design teams and managing digital workflows.
• Hands-on experience with large-scale construction projects (commercial, infrastructure, residential, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knows how to use design software like AutoCAD, Revit, and Civil 3D.

Founded in 2007, Club3 Asia Projects Inc. is a firm that specializes in architectural design, construction, and trading. From its office in San Fernando, Pampanga, the company first offered full design services to the high-end residential market in the Philippines.

It gained recognition when one of the major leisure companies in Clarkfield, Philippines, needed the design and construction of its own casino within three months, and they delivered one of the most ambitious construction timelines in Philippine history. After that, it acquired several casino projects in the Makati area and began collaborating with other well-known professionals in the industry.

In 2019, it merged with O8DB, the country's leading company in acoustics and audio visual, where they formed a synergy by combining their expertise and experience on various commercial projects.

Liberty Marble and Granite Inc., a Philippine subsidiary of Liberty Marble New York, has joined the company's roster of brands. Among Liberty Marble's clients are Dolce & Gabbana, Barney's, the Intercontinental Hotel, Deutsche Bank, and Virgin Megastore.

It also has an impressive list of clients, including the luxury condo building One Roxas Triangle on Paseo de Roxas, RCBC Plaza on Ayala Avenue, Phinma Plaza in Rockwell Center, Palisades in Legaspi Village, and JG Summit Center on Ayala Avenue.
