Service Desk Specialist

Job Description:
Provide IT support for MS Office, Windows/Mac, and basic network issues
Manage and resolve tickets in a timely manner
Assist users via phone, email, chat, or remote tools
Coordinate with IT teams for escalations and resolutions
Follow SOPs and meet SLAs regularly
Qualifications:
1+ year IT Help Desk experience
Fluent in German & English
Skilled in Active Directory, Azure AD & Microsoft 365
Strong communication & customer service skills
Organized, proactive, and a team player
Nice to Have:
• SQL knowledge
