RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients and vendors via calls, chat, tickets, and mailbox.
  • Log, validate, and diagnose client requests across various IT products and services.
  • Provide first-call resolution using SOPs; escalate issues when needed.
  • Coordinate with resolver groups to ensure timely updates and ticket resolution.
  • Generate breach and aging reports for service desk tickets.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain high service quality and client satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in IT or equivalent
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in IT or Call Center environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows support, O365 Modern Desktop, and Active Directory (mandatory).
  • Familiarity with ITIL concepts/ ITIL v4 Foundation certification
  • Technical diploma or equivalent in Technology.
  • Understanding of WAN, LAN, WLAN, Security, Cloud, and Collaboration tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work in a 24x7 shift setup
  • Amenable to work onsite in Alabang
