Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Muntinlupa City for a Service Desk Specialist. The Service Desk Specialist will provide technical support to clients, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and ensure consistent and excellent help desk services. Responsibilities include responding to service desk inquiries, identifying and resolving IT-related challenges, assisting with system upgrades, and collaborating with team members to optimize support operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to resolve client technical issues efficiently.
- Strong capabilities in Service Desk and Help Desk Support to provide effective customer assistance and service resolution.
- Knowledge and experience in Information Technology systems and environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to maintain professional and effective customer interactions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment to improve client support operations.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is an advantage.
- Prior experience in a similar role or IT support role is preferred.
