Global Service Desk Analyst

We're on the lookout for a Global Service Desk Analyst (Mandarin Speaker) who can bring both technical expertise and top-notch customer service to the team. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for troubleshooting, ticket management, and team support — ensuring seamless IT service delivery across our global operations.
The main responsibilities of a GLOBAL SERVICE DESK ANALYST include:
Professional Experience:
Service Desk Analyst, at least 3 years experience on customer service.
Service Desk Technician, at least 3 years technical experience.
