We're looking for a dynamic Account Manager who can build strong relationships with clients and help grow our business. If you have a background in sales and event organizing, this role is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Handle client requests and ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell
- Understand client needs and communicate them clearly to the team
- Track account performance and client satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet client goals
- Manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines
- Keep accurate records of client interactions
- Help organize and manage client events, ensuring smooth execution
- Work with the sales team to attract new clients
Qualifications:
- Experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
- Proven success in meeting client needs and growing accounts
- Experience in planning and organizing events
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
