Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate activities of kitchen staff, including cooks, prep staff, and dishwashers.
  • Ensure all food is prepared to high quality standards, including presentation and taste.
  • Monitor inventory and order food, supplies, and equipment as needed.
  • Enforce health, hygiene, and safety standards in the kitchen.
  • Train new employees and assist in ongoing training and development of staff.
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization, including compliance with sanitation regulations.
  • Assist with scheduling shifts and managing staff attendance.
  • Collaborate with chefs and management to plan menus, specials, and kitchen improvements.
  • Address and resolve any operational or personnel issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Ensure efficient kitchen workflow and minimal waste.

Qualifications:

  • Willing to start ASAP
  • Proven experience as a Kitchen Supervisor, or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety and kitchen sanitation standards.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; culinary training or certification is a plus.
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php22,000.00 per month
