The Kitchen Staff/Griller is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, including workstations, cooking equipment, trash bins, dishes, and food storage areas, in compliance with food safety regulations. The role also includes the actual grilling of food, assisting in food preparation, ensuring proper storage of ingredients, and monitoring inventory and deliveries. Additionally, the staff is expected to promptly report any damaged or faulty equipment to the Kitchen Supervisor on duty.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a similar position from either hotel and or food and beverage industry is an advantage.
  • Knowledgeable in food safety procedures.
  • Can multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work shifts, over weekends, and on public holidays, as needed.
  • Willing to be assigned in any of the franchised JT's Manukan Grille in Quezon City; JT's Grille Katipunan, JT's Grille Kalayaan, JT'S Grille Holy Spirit, and JT's Grille Regalado)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,127.92 per month
