About Us

At Lux Marketing, we help small businesses grow with SEO, Google Ads, content, and social media marketing. We currently support over 80+ clients and are looking for a Client Relations Manager to ensure our clients feel supported, heard, and confident in their SEO strategy.

The Role

You'll be the main point of contact for assigned clients, sharing updates, presenting monthly reports, addressing concerns, and coordinating with internal teams. The role is client-facing, communication-heavy, and retention-focused.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for assigned clients.
  • Share and explain monthly SEO reports (based on SEMrush and team data).
  • Host client calls when needed, ensuring they understand results and strategy.
  • Proactively address concerns, escalate issues to the right department, and follow up until resolved.
  • Track all client communication and tasks in Close (CRM).
  • Collaborate with internal teams via Slack to resolve client issues quickly.
  • Use Notion for internal documentation and process tracking.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and loop in the sales team when appropriate.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in client relations, account management, or client success (agency experience required)
  • Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals (on-page, off-page, link building, content marketing, Google Ads, and social media)
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
  • Experience using Close (CRM) or similar pipeline tools
  • Comfortable working in Slack and Notion daily
  • Highly organized with excellent follow-up discipline
  • Must be based in the Philippines

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SEMrush (paid version)
  • Previous retention-focused role at a digital marketing agency
