Our Client
In this role, you will be assigned to our Australia-based client, a HubSpot implementation partner, to help businesses sell smarter, work better, and grow faster. They bring together the latest in GTM, Deep Selling, and digital sales enablement mindset, skill set, and tool set.
About the Role
You'll work closely with their customers to implement HubSpot to help their business needs and challenges. You will train, advise, and consult with clients to optimize their use of HubSpot products, including HubSpot CRM, Service, Marketing, Operations and CMS, and of course, AI. You will also interact with customers and internal account teams to ensure customer success, as well as plan and manage projects.
Your Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure their success with HubSpot
- Designs and presents automated end-to-end customer journeys within HubSpot workflows
- Map, design and structure custom integrations with HubSpot using a Private App & HubSpot APIs
- Advanced data management - work with custom data sets, queries, and reporting to support business goals.
- Run discovery sessions and workshops to define current and future states.
- Lead and execute CRM (and/or other hubs) migration projects, specifically transitioning data and processes between Salesforce (and other CRMs) and HubSpot, ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption.
- Design, build, and implement workflow solutions and automation to deliver outcomes.
- Tackle complex technical challenges within HubSpot, independently and collaboratively, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to align on goals, deliverables, and timelines.
- Conduct quality assurance and drive user acceptance testing (UAT) with clients on custom solutions developed by our technical teams.
- Act as a project manager for small to medium projects that do not warrant a dedicated PM.
- Build, own, and execute implementation project plans
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot (either as a technical specialist or user)
- Expertise in HubSpot (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, Operations Hub & CMS Hub) to manage migrations, integrations, and implementations.
- This includes knowledge of:
- HubSpot Admin Capabilities
- Understanding of Salesforce Administration (preferred)
- Knowledge of Workflows
- Field Creation and Administration
- Data Modelling for Custom Objects
- Understanding of Webhooks
- Data Migration and Mapping
- Implementation of Sequences
- Familiarity with 3rd Party App Integration
- Participate/present online webinars, consultations, and one-on-one demos to educate customers on product features
- Technical knowledge of other platforms , Microsoft etc.) would be highly desirable
Your Background
- Very proficient in English
- 4-5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, as technical customer success or implementation manager, technical project management, technical account management or technological consulting, specifically within onboarding and implementation of software.
- Experience in leading product implementation projects involving hands-on implementation.
- Strong project management skills to keep projects on track and manage unique flows.
- At least 2 years of experience implementing new technology for medium and large organizations.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to clearly articulate technical topics to a non-technical audience
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy
- Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives
