Technical Support Specialist

The Technical Support Specialist (HubSpot) is responsible for addressing and resolving day-to-day issues, technical challenges, and system optimizations for the company's HubSpot platform. This role ensures the seamless functionality of HubSpot tools, integrations, and workflows to support marketing, sales, and customer service operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide front-line technical support for HubSpot users, resolving issues related to CRM, marketing automation, integrations, and reporting
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system errors, workflow inefficiencies, and integration challenges
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff or HubSpot support when necessary
System Administration & Optimization
- Configure and maintain HubSpot settings, user permissions, and workflows
- Ensure data accuracy, system security, and compliance with best practices
- Identify opportunities for process automation and system improvements within HubSpot
Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication
- Act as the primary liaison between IT, marketing, sales, and customer service teams to optimize HubSpot usage
- Provide regular updates on system performance, issue resolutions, and improvement initiatives
- Conduct training sessions and create documentation to enhance user adoption and proficiency
Integration & Data Management
- Assist with the integration of HubSpot with other business tools such as ERP, CRM, and third-party applications
- Monitor data integrity and perform regular audits to ensure consistent and reliable reporting
- Support data migration and API-related tasks as needed
Continuous Improvement & Performance Monitoring
- Track and analyze key system performance indicators to identify trends and areas for enhancement
- Stay updated on HubSpot updates, new features, and best practices to recommend strategic improvements
- Implement feedback from end-users to enhance the overall HubSpot experience
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent relevant experience
- Relevant certifications in HubSpot or CRM systems (E.g., HubSpot Academy Certifications) are a plus
- Proven experience in HubSpot administration, technical support, or CRM management, automation workflows, and data management
- Strong understanding of tools, including marketing automation, sales pipelines, and reporting
- Experience integrating HubSpot with third-party applications and APIs
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple support tickets and optimization projects concurrently
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for system enhancements and troubleshooting
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently, and to translate technical solutions into user-friendly guidance and documentation
- Strong understanding of data privacy, security, and governance related to CRM systems
