HubSpot Lead Generation Specialist and Admin Assistant

This is a remote position.

Schedule:
  • 20 hours/week Monday to Friday 4 hours per day flexible within client business hours (9am to 5pm EST)
Client timezone: EST

Responsibilities:

  • Research and compile targeted prospect lists using NAICS codes and industry categories

  • Input and organize company data and contact information into HubSpot CRM

  • Execute email marketing campaigns through HubSpot's email system

  • Draft and send initial outreach emails on behalf of the client

  • Manage and track email campaign performance and responses

  • Handle initial prospect conversations and correspondence

  • Coordinate travel arrangements and bookings as needed

  • Provide general administrative support across multiple business ventures

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM and email marketing tools

  • Strong research skills for lead generation and prospect identification

  • Experience with mass email campaigns and email marketing best practices

  • Excellent written communication skills for professional correspondence

  • Familiarity with NAICS codes and business classification systems (preferred)

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently

  • Strong attention to detail for data entry and database management
