Our Client
In this role, you will be assigned to our Australian-based client who helps businesses accelerate sales, optimize systems, and drive growth. They provide sales coaching, build high-conversion sales tech stacks, and deliver AI-powered strategies to help teams close deals faster. Backed by B2B sales experts and partnerships with HubSpot, , and , they refine GTM strategies, streamline CRM processes, and turn customers into loyal fans. They remove the guesswork and drive measurable results.
About the Role
You will train, advise, and consult with customers to optimize their use of products, including work arrangement, CRM, dev & service. You will also interact with customers and internal account teams to ensure customer success, as well as plan and manage projects.
Your Responsibilities
Responsible for working with customers to solve complex issues through defining their unique setup with and documenting and architecting the builds
Run discovery sessions and workshops to define current and future states.
Plan and design customer's onboarding solutions, API integrations, reporting program, custom scripting, user management, write user guides, presentations, and more
Design and execute complex data migrations from legacy systems to Monday products.
Create more complex solutions that utilize developer tools, such as the Monday APIs and apps framework
Supplement complex workflows using low-code tools like Zapier, , Workato, Make, Mulesoft, etc
Push the limits of the Work OS by building complex workflows for clients
Work with customers to build their most time-sensitive workflows into and ensure there is a clear end-user training plan for those workflows.
Empower customers to connect their goals and challenges with the solution in
Conduct quality assurance and drive user acceptance testing (UAT) with clients on custom solutions developed by our technical teams.
Act as a project manager for small to medium projects that do not warrant a dedicated PM.
Build, own, and execute implementation project plans
Participate/present online webinars, consultations, and one-on-one demos to educate customers on product features
4+ years of hands-on experience with (either as a technical specialist or user)
Technical knowledge of other platforms (Hubspot, Microsoft etc.) would be highly desirable
Experience with AI highly regarded
Your Background
Very proficient in English
4-5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS as technical customer success / implementation manager / technical project management / technical account management / technological consulting, specifically within onboarding and implementation of software.
Experience in leading product implementation projects involving hands-on implementation.
Strong project management skills to keep projects on track and manage unique flows.
At least 2 years of experience implementing new technology for medium and large organizations.
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to clearly articulate technical topics to a non-technical audience
Superb written and verbal communication skills
Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy
Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives
