Job Description:

Provide courteous and professional service to customers by creating quality food while adhering to food safety and standards.

Production Support:

  • Assist in daily dessert and dough production
  • Weigh, mix, and prepare ingredients according to instructions and recipesStretch and prepare dough following established quality standards
  • Cook and assemble food products, including sauces and other components, in accordance with store preparation guidelines
  • Support the pastry and production teams in various tasks as needed

Kitchen Operations:

  • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the work area in compliance with food safety regulations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the commissary, including storage and prep areas
  • Properly handle, label, and store all food items to preserve freshness and prevent contamination
  • Inspect and sanitize all kitchen stations before and after use to ensure hygiene and readiness
  • Load and unload ingredients, equipment, and finished goods as part of daily operations

Teamwork & Communication:

  • Maintain consistent communication with kitchen supervisors and team leads
  • Promptly address or escalate any kitchen-related issues or concerns
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth kitchen operations

Qualifications:

  • Prior kitchen or food preparation experience is an advantage but not required
  • Basic understanding of food safety standards and kitchen hygiene practices
  • Willingness to work in a hot and fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of dessert preparation, including mixing, baking, and general prep work
  • Physically fit and capable of performing heavy lifting and assisting with production logistics
  • Familiarity with basic dough management processes such as mixing, fermentation, portioning, and shaping
  • Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-oriented mindset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
