Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and baking of pastries, cakes, cookies, breads, and other desserts.
  • Decorate and finish pastries and desserts with consistent presentation.
  • Support inventory management by organizing supplies
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry section, tools, and equipment.
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
  • Help develop and test new pastry items
  • Ensure timely production for café, restaurant, or catering orders.
  • Assist in training or guiding new staff.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in baking or pastry preparation.
  • Graduate in culinary schools or colleges (preferred) or with equivalent certificate
  • Basic knowledge of baking techniques and kitchen equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for desserts.
  • Ability to follow recipes accurately and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Team-oriented attitude and good communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
