The Sales Administrator will provide essential support to the sales team by handling administrative tasks, ensuring smooth coordination between clients and internal departments, and assisting with sales documentation and reporting. This role plays a vital part in maintaining customer satisfaction and enabling the sales team to focus on achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process sales quotations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Manage and update the customer database, ensuring accuracy of client information.
  • Track and monitor sales orders, deliveries, and billing in coordination with operations and finance teams.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards for management.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and follow-ups for the sales team with clients and prospects.
  • Handle inquiries from clients and provide timely support or escalate to the appropriate sales representative.
  • Ensure all sales-related documents are properly filed and maintained.
  • Support the implementation of CRM tools and ensure timely updating of leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
  • Provide general administrative assistance to the Sales Department.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 1–3 years experience in sales support, administration, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
