Sales Administrative Assistant

As a Sales Administrative Assistant, you'll play a key role in keeping our Sales & Marketing operations running smoothly. From processing orders and preparing reports to coordinating with other departments, clients and partners, you'll make sure our teams are supported every step of the way. You'll also manage sales documents, and ensure the office is organized, well-supplied, and secure.
What You'll Do:
- Provide admin and logistical support to the Sales & Marketing Teams.
- Process orders, prepare reports, and assist in sales activities.
- Coordinate with clients, partners, and e-commerce platforms.
- Monitor stocks, merchandising materials, and sales documents.
- Maintain office upkeep, supplies, and security of company assets.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales admin, trade support, or office coordination (FMCG, retail, or cosmetics background preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Trustworthy, proactive, and capable of handling sensitive financial and operational information.
