Sales Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Sales Support
- Order process P.O and P.R
- Make Sales quotation
- Make Sales Order
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and documents.
- Recording Keeping Monitor Daily & Monthly Sales.
- Customer Service - Answer SOCMED, Inquiries from customers calls.
Handle correspondence (emails, phone calls, memos).
Sales Coordination
- Assist with order processing, proposals, and contracts.
- Maintain CRM systems by updating client information, tracking leads, and monitoring pipelines.
Support in preparing quotes, invoices, and purchase orders.
Customer & Team Support
- Serve as a point of contact between clients and the sales team.
- Respond to client inquiries and follow up on pending matters.
Coordinate internal communication between sales, marketing, and operations.
Data & Reporting
- Compile sales metrics (forecasts, quotas, performance dashboards).
- Track KPIs and prepare reports for management review.
- Ensure accurate documentation and filing of sales contracts and agreements.
Skills Needed
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Excellent communication (written & verbal) and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and business development.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: Php18,000.00 per month
