Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Sales Support
  • Order process P.O and P.R
  • Make Sales quotation
  • Make Sales Order
  • Prepare sales reports, presentations, and documents.
  • Recording Keeping Monitor Daily & Monthly Sales.
  • Customer Service - Answer SOCMED, Inquiries from customers calls.
  • Handle correspondence (emails, phone calls, memos).

  • Sales Coordination

  • Assist with order processing, proposals, and contracts.
  • Maintain CRM systems by updating client information, tracking leads, and monitoring pipelines.
  • Support in preparing quotes, invoices, and purchase orders.

  • Customer & Team Support

  • Serve as a point of contact between clients and the sales team.
  • Respond to client inquiries and follow up on pending matters.
  • Coordinate internal communication between sales, marketing, and operations.

  • Data & Reporting

  • Compile sales metrics (forecasts, quotas, performance dashboards).
  • Track KPIs and prepare reports for management review.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and filing of sales contracts and agreements.

Skills Needed

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal) and customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and business development.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Php18,000.00 per month
