JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage quotations, order processing, and delivery fulfillment with high accuracy and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales Team to help meet sales targets.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide order status updates.
  • Provide administrative support, such as filing, data entry, and generating reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify procurement needs and manage supplier relationships.

What we're looking for

  • Has 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred, especially in sales admin or purchasing roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, for data management and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal management, clients, and suppliers.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve procurement-related issues.
  • Willing to work onsite in Project 7, Quezon City.
