JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities
- Manage quotations, order processing, and delivery fulfillment with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Team to help meet sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide order status updates.
- Provide administrative support, such as filing, data entry, and generating reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify procurement needs and manage supplier relationships.
What we're looking for
- Has 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred, especially in sales admin or purchasing roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, for data management and analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal management, clients, and suppliers.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve procurement-related issues.
- Willing to work onsite in Project 7, Quezon City.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18, Php23,000.00 per month
